About the instructor


Jennifer Lutenski is a Chicago based Certified Meditation Instructor, Vinyasa Yoga & Yoga Sculpt Teacher, and Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master. With a passion for helping others, she is dedicated to teaching mindfulness and relaxation techniques to her students through guided meditation, yoga, and energy work.  Jennifer shares her knowledge and gifts with the community through private and group sessions both in-person and online, aiming to help individuals at all levels along their wellness journey.
