Welcome to the course!

Welcome to this four-week course intended to help you integrate meditation into your day to day life. Especially now more than ever, it is so important for each of us to take the time out of our day to focus on our breath and reset, even if for just a few minutes.

Over the next four weeks a new meditation will be released each week, giving you ample time to work with each one before moving on to the next. Each meditation is only about 5 minutes each, but I invite you to journal or reflect on how you're feeling afterwards. Take time either after each session or at the end of the week once you've had a few days of practice under your belt and reflect back on any changes you've experienced.

I've personally found great benefits in my own life with meditation, with reduced stress and a greater sense of calmness overall. By integrating these techniques in your day-to-day life, my hope is that you see the immense benefits that meditation can have on you both mentally and physically.
